Refund Policy


Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have transpired since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Customers are responsible to pay for return postage at their expense.

Shipping services, expedited delivery, customs and duties, and "Crash Protection" will not be refunded to the original amount.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to our fulfillment center. We will provide instructions on where to return to. Returns shipped to our fulfillment center will result in a delayed refund.

There are certain situations where returns may be subject to a partial refund:

  • Product with obvious signs of use

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts or missing packaging contents for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


We address partial refunds on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at


Sale items:
Regular priced items may be refunded, items on sale may be subject to no refund.


If the item was marked as a gift and the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.



Syphon branded products will be free of defects in materials and workmanship and will not fail under normal usage for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Syphon's warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents or unauthorized modifications.


Syphon's warranty policy applies to all products purchased from or any authorized Syphon retailer. To ensure that you are getting a genuine and new product that is covered by Syphon's warranty, always be sure that you are purchasing products from an authorized Syphon retailer. If upon you receiving your order, items have been damaged during shipping and/or are defective, or fail under the 1 year global warranty, Syphon will authorize a replacement or exchange at our expense.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we will provide instructions on where to return your item for an exchange.


If you need to cancel an order or make changes to an existing order, it must be done before your order has shipped. Once your order has shipped we are unable to cancel your order or make adjustments to the shipping address. If a cancellation or adjustments are necessary, please contact us immediately at so that we might be able to resolve the issue in a timely manner.


We are unable to guarantee a cancellation or any adjustments will be made in the necessary time frame to satisfy your request. We address these requests on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you request to receive a prepaid label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item back, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
