Crash Protection

We understand that when you're going hard, sometimes things break. With Crash Protection, we’ll authorize a replacement—free of additional charge. Just send us a message and we will take care of it from there! Customers are responsible to pay for return postage at their expense. Damage must be an activity related crash or impact. Crash Protection is valid for 2 years after purchase date. Any additional incidents beyond the first free replacement are each subject to a service fee of $29, plus applicable tax. A single purchase of Crash Protection may not be applied to multiple units. If multiple units are purchased, each unit must have its own Crash Protection. NOTE: Although it’s uncommon, for international orders Customs and Duties may be charged upon delivery. Syphon is not responsible for these. Upon your purchase, you will receive a downloadable certificate of authentication that you may keep for your own records.
